Spicy Ancho Chicken Casserole

- β1 teaspoon dutch spice blendavailable at most grocery stores
- β2 tablespoons spicy jellyused for glaze
- β1 teaspoon glassy saltused for seasoning

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the ancho chillies, casserole, and spice blend to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Drizzle with spicy jelly.
