Indian-Style Lamb Stir Fry
A spicy and flavorful lamb stir fry made with indian spices, served with a side of steamed vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Lamb shoulder, sliced into thin strips
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β2 teaspoons Ginger, grated
- β1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
- β1 teaspoon Indian curry powder
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- β1/4 cup Scallions, chopped
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
- βto taste Salt and pepper

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the lamb and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add the ginger and garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the curry powder and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and cooked lamb back into the skillet. Stir to combine.

Add the scallions and cilantro to the skillet and stir to combine.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
