Spicy Jamaican Chicken
A flavorful and spicy chicken dish with a hint of Jamaican flavors, served in a parchment paper bag.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breast
- β2 teaspoons mixed spice
- β1 package papillotefor steaming
- β1 medium onion
- β1 medium bell pepper
- β1 medium tomato
- β1 teaspoon spicy
- β1/2 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 teaspoon pepper
- β1 teaspoon jamaicanjamaican seasoning mix
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Season chicken with mixed spice, salt, and pepper.

Place chicken in the center of a piece of parchment paper.

Add onion, bell pepper, and tomato around the chicken.

Fold the parchment paper over the ingredients to create a bag.

Add a tablespoon of water to the parchment paper.

Place the bag on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.

After 25 minutes, add spicy and jamaican seasoning mix on top of the chicken.

Return the bag to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.

Serve hot, with the steaming bag open.
