Spicy Leek Stir Fry
A quick and comforting Korean-inspired stir fry with spicy kick and tender leeks.
Ingredients
- β2 medium Leek
- β1 tsp Spicy (Korean chili flakes)
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 tsp Ginger
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp Brown sugar
- βscallions for garnish Green onions
Instructions

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

2. Add the leek and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender and lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

4. Add the spicy Korean chili flakes and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

5. Add the soy sauce and brown sugar, and stir to combine.

6. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

7. Remove from heat and garnish with green onions.
