Chicken Paella aux Fruits de Mer
A French-inspired twist on the classic Spanish dish, featuring succulent chicken, shrimp, and mussels in a flavorful saffron-infused paella.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Spanish paella riceuncooked
- β2 tablespoons light olive oilfor cooking
- β1/2 pound spicy chorizosliced
- β1 cup musselsscrubbed and debearded
- β1 cup shrimppeeled and deveined
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1/2 teaspoon saffron threadssoaked in 2 tablespoons hot water
- β2 cups chicken brothlow-sodium
- β1 medium tomatodiced
