Spicy Quesadilla Wrap
A fusion of Indian and Mexican flavors, the Spicy Quesadilla Wrap is a delicious twist on a classic dish. This recipe combines the warm spices of India with the bold flavors of Mexico.
Ingredients
- β1 Whole wheat tortilla
- β1/2 cup Spicy Indian chana masala
- β1/2 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- β1/2 cup Diced onions
- β1/2 cup Diced bell peppers
- β1/4 cup Chopped cilantro
- β2 Lime wedges
- β1 Naan breadfor serving
Instructions

Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Place a large whole wheat tortilla in the skillet and spread about 1/4 cup of spicy Indian chana masala on half of the tortilla.

Top the chana masala with shredded mozzarella cheese, diced onions, and diced bell peppers.

Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the filling.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.
