Panang Crunchlet Stir Fry
A quick and spicy stir fry using crunchy Panang nuts and crunchy Crunchlets.

Ingredients
- β1 cup Crunchlets
- β1/2 cup Panang
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 medium Bell peppersliced
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- βto taste Salt

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and garlic and stir-fry until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the bell pepper and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Add the Crunchlets and Panang and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
