Spicy Kielbasa Burger
A spicy twist on a classic burger, featuring kielbasa sausage and a portuguese-inspired seasoning.
Ingredients
- ●1 pound kielbasa sausagecut into 1-inch pieces
- ●2 teaspoons portuguese seasoningor to taste
- ●4 burger bunstoasted
- ●1/4 cup spicy ketchupoptional
- ●1 cup shredded lettuceoptional
- ●1 cup sliced onionsoptional
- ●1 cup sliced tomatoesoptional
- ●2 tablespoons mayonnaiseoptional

1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. In a small bowl, mix together portuguese seasoning and a pinch of salt and pepper.

3. Add the seasonings to the kielbasa sausage and toss to coat.

4. Grill the kielbasa sausage for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

5. Meanwhile, toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.

6. Assemble the burgers by spreading spicy ketchup on the bottom bun, followed by a cooked kielbasa sausage, shredded lettuce, sliced onions, sliced tomatoes, and a dollop of mayonnaise.
