Saudi-Style Kubbeh
A traditional Saudi dish made with crispy kubbeh patties served in a spicy tomato sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 package Kubbeh
- β2 cups Tomatoeschopped
- β1 cup Onionschopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 cup Spicy saucehomemade or store-bought
- β1 tablespoon Olive oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chopped onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the spicy sauce and stir to combine.

While the sauce is cooking, prepare the kubbeh patties according to package instructions.

Once the patties are cooked, add them to the skillet with the tomato sauce and stir to combine.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
