Spicy Vegetarian Sausage Wrap
A flavorful and spicy wrap filled with vegetarian sausage, crunchy vegetables, and a hint of spice.
Ingredients

- β1 Large flour tortilla
- β1 cup Lettuce
- β1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- β1/2 cup Red onion
- β2 tablespoons Sour cream
- β2 tablespoons Salsaoptional
- β1/4 cup Shredded cheeseoptional

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the vegetarian sausage and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Add the diced red onion and cook until softened.

Warm the tortilla in the skillet for a few seconds.

Assemble the wrap by spreading sour cream on the tortilla, followed by the cooked sausage mixture, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and any desired toppings.

Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap into a tight cylinder.
