Spicy Beef Pasta
A flavorful and spicy pasta dish with argentinian influences, featuring tender beef and savory sauce.
Ingredients
- β12 oz Spaghetti
- β1 lb Ground beef
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- β2 cups Beef broth
- β2 tbsp Tomato paste
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- βas needed Salt
- βas needed Black pepper
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

Add the red pepper flakes and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add the beef broth, tomato paste, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.

Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Reserve 1 cup of the pasta cooking water and then drain the spaghetti.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the sauce and toss to combine, adding some of the reserved pasta cooking water if the sauce seems too thick.
