Spanish Stir Fry

- β1 tablespoon Spicy Tomato Paste
- β1 medium Spanish Onionthinly sliced
- β1 cup Stir Fry Vegetablessuch as bell peppers, carrots and broccoli
- β1 teaspoon Fry Seasoning
- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 cup Fresh Parsleychopped

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
