Uruguayan-Style Grilled Choripan
A classic Uruguayan street food, choripan consists of grilled chorizo sausage served on a crusty bun with chimichurri sauce and salsa criolla. This version adds a spicy kick and smoky flavor.
Ingredients

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

2. Grill the chorizo sausages for 5-7 minutes per side, or until nicely charred.

3. Grill the bread buns for 2-3 minutes per side, or until lightly toasted.

4. Meanwhile, mix together the spicy chimichurri sauce and treacle in a small bowl.

5. Slather the chimichurri-treacle mixture onto the grilled bread buns.
