Spicy Turkish Seafood Stew
A flavorful and spicy stew originating from the Turkish coast, featuring a medley of seafood and a hint of Asian flair. This dish can be served over rice or with some crusty bread.
Ingredients

- ●1 pound Mussels
- ●1/2 pound Lobster meat
- ●2 teaspoons Spicy Korean chili flakes
- ●3 cloves Garlic
- ●2 inches Ginger
- ●2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- ●2 cups Fish stock
- ●2 tablespoons Turkish red pepper paste

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add garlic and ginger and sauté for 1 minute.
