Korean Beef Stir Fry
A spicy and savory Indian-inspired stir fry made with beef, Korean chili flakes, and sticky rice. Perfect for a quick and flavorful meal.
Ingredients
- β1 pound beef stripssliced into thin strips
- β1 cup sticky ricecooked according to package instructions
- β2 teaspoons korean chili flakesalso known as gochugaru
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oilfor cooking
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons soy saucefor marinating and cooking
- β1/4 cup green onionschopped, for garnish

Marinate the beef strips in a mixture of soy sauce, Korean chili flakes, and vegetable oil for at least 30 minutes.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and cook until the onion is translucent.

Add the marinated beef strips and cook until browned and cooked through.

Add the sticky rice to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
