Spicy Vermicelli Stir Fry
A quick and spicy stir fry made with vermicelli, perfect for a weeknight dinner. You can adjust the level of spiciness to your liking.
Ingredients

- β1 tsp spicygochugaru or Korean chili flakes
- β1 cup banchansuch as kimchi or cucumber kimchi
- β1 oneonion or scallion
- β1 potsmall pot for cooking
Instructions

Cook the vermicelli according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat a small pot over medium heat. Add the spicy and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the banchan to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly caramelized.

Add the onion or scallion to the pot and cook for another 2 minutes until softened.

Add the cooked vermicelli to the pot and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until combined.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
