- ●250ml Tzatziki saucestore-bought or homemade
- ●50ml Olive oilfor brushing kebabs
- ●2 tablespoons Lemon juicefor marinade
- ●3 cloves Garlicminced
- ●1 teaspoon Paprikasmoked or sweet
- ●to taste Salt and pepperfor seasoning

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and paprika.
