Spicy Chicken Stir Fry
A flavorful and spicy stir-fry dish made with tender chicken, perfect for a quick dinner. This recipe combines the bold flavors of Portuguese cuisine with a spicy kick.
Ingredients
- β400g chicken breast
- β2 tbsp spicy stir-fry sauce
- β1 tsp portuguese seasonings
- β2 tbsp vegetable oil
- β2 bell peppersany color
- β1 onionthinly sliced
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 cup sirloin mushroomssliced
- β1/4 cup chopped cilantrooptional
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil to the skillet and stir-fry the bell peppers, onion, and garlic until tender.

Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Add the spicy stir-fry sauce and portuguese seasonings to the skillet and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Return the chicken to the skillet and stir-fry everything together for 1-2 minutes.
