Slovakian Fenugreek Chicken Fritters
A crispy, spicy twist on traditional Italian chicken fritters, infused with the unique flavor of Slovakian fenugreek. Perfect as a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Chicken breast
- β2 tablespoons, chopped Fenugreek leaves
- β1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- β2 Eggs
- β1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- β2 cloves Garlic, minced
- β1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- βto taste Salt
- βfor frying Olive oil

1. In a large bowl, combine chicken breast, fenugreek leaves, Italian breadcrumbs, eggs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and red pepper flakes.

2. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

3. Season with salt to taste.

4. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

5. Heat about 1/2 inch of olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.

6. Using a spoon, drop small balls of the chicken mixture into the hot oil, about 1 tablespoon each.

7. Flatten the balls slightly with a spatula to form patties.

8. Fry the fritters for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
