Uruguayan Spicy Stir Fry
A quick and spicy Uruguayan-inspired stir fry made with tender beef, crunchy vegetables, and a hint of Uruguayan flavor.
Ingredients
- β1 pound, sliced Uruguayan chorizo
- β2, sliced Bell peppers
- β1, chopped Onion
- β3 cloves, minced Garlic
- β2 tablespoons Stir-fry sauce
- β1 tablespoon Spicy sauce
- βto taste Pepper
- βto taste Salt
- β1/4 cup, chopped Velvety cilantro

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced chorizo and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the sliced bell peppers and chopped onion to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 4-5 minutes.
