Spicy Canadian Wrap
A flavorful and spicy Canadian wrap filled with crispy chicken, crunchy pistachios, and fresh cilantro.
Ingredients
- β4 Canadian wrap
- β1 pound boneless chicken breastscut into thin strips
- β1/4 cup pistachios
- β1/2 cup zesty hummus
- β1 cup shredded lettuce
- β1 cup diced tomatoes
- β1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- β2 tablespoons spicy sauce

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

In a large bowl, whisk together the zesty hummus, spicy sauce, and chopped cilantro.

Add the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and pistachios to the bowl and toss to combine.

Warm the Canadian wraps by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the wraps by slicing the grilled chicken and adding it to the bottom half of the wrap.

Spoon the hummus mixture on top of the chicken, followed by the lettuce-tomato-pistachio mixture.
