Pan-Seared Stuffed Tofu with Spring Onions

- β1 large Spring onionChopped
- β1 packet Vegan stuffing mixFollow package instructions
- β2 tbsp Olive oilFor pan-frying
- βto taste Salt

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes and press them gently to remove excess moisture.

Add the chopped spring onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the tofu cubes to the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-6 minutes.

While the tofu cooks, prepare the stuffing mix according to package instructions.
