Vietnamese Rice Bowl
A flavorful and nutritious bowl filled with spring vegetables, aromatic rice, and a sweet and spicy sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Vialone Nano Rice
- β2 Spring Onions
- β2 tbsp Sweet Rice Vinegar
- β1 tbsp Vietnamese Chili Sauce
- β1 cup Pilaf Rice
- β1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
- β1 tsp Sesame Oil
- β1 tsp Honey
Instructions

Cook the Vialone Nano Rice according to the package instructions.

In a pan, heat the Sesame Oil over medium heat. Add the Pumpkin Seeds and cook until fragrant.

Add the Spring Onions to the pan and cook until softened.

In a separate pan, combine the Pilaf Rice, Sweet Rice Vinegar, and Vietnamese Chili Sauce. Cook until heated through.

To assemble the bowl, place the cooked rice at the bottom, followed by the vegetables and pumpkin seeds.

Drizzle the Sweet Rice Vinegar and Vietnamese Chili Sauce mixture over the top.

Garnish with additional Spring Onions and Pumpkin Seeds, if desired.
