Malaysian Chicken Bake
A flavorful and easy-to-make dish combining the spices of Malaysia with the simplicity of a chicken bake.

- ●2 tbsp Fermented soybean pasteMalaysian fermented soybean paste
- ●1/4 cup Spring onionsChopped
- ●1 tsp Malaysian oreganoGround
- ●1/2 cup Coconut milkFull-fat

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Malaysian oregano.

In a blender or food processor, blend the fermented soybean paste, coconut milk, and chopped spring onions until smooth.

Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and brush the blended mixture evenly over both breasts.
