Caramelized Tagine with Algerian Jammy Sauce
A sweet and savory tagine dish made with caramelized sugar and a rich algerian jammy sauce.

- β1 cup caramelized
- β1/2 cup sugar
- β2 tablespoons algerian
- β1 cup sauce
- β1 tagine

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a large bowl, combine the springy and caramelized ingredients.

In a separate saucepan, combine the sugar and algerian sauce.

Heat the saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves.

Pour the sauce over the springy mixture and stir until well combined.
