Turkish Sausage Pide
A twist on traditional Turkish pide, featuring roasted sausage and crispy crust.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Turkish Sausagepreferably homemade or store-bought
- β1 package Pide Doughavailable in most supermarkets
- β2 cloves Roasted Garlicminced and mashed
- β1/4 cup Fresh Parsleychopped for garnish
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oilfor brushing crust
- βto taste Saltfor seasoning
- βto taste Black Pepperfor seasoning
- β1 cup Springy Greenssuch as spinach or kale, chopped

Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

Roll out pide dough to a thickness of 1/4 inch.

Spread roasted garlic evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.

Arrange sausage slices on top of garlic, slightly overlapping.

Brush crust with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.

Fold crust edges over the filling to form a seal.

Transfer pide to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and filling is cooked through.
