Smoked Salmon Orzo Pilaf
A flavorful and healthy orzo pilaf dish featuring smoked salmon, topped with a squeeze of orange and served alongside a side of Croatian pilaf.
Ingredients
- β250g Smoked Salmon
- β150g Orzouncooked
- β100g Croatian Pilaf
- β1 Orangejuiced
- β250ml Water
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
Instructions

Rinse the orzo in a fine mesh strainer and drain well.

In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil.

Add the orzo to the boiling water and cook until al dente.

In a separate saucepan, heat a little bit of water over medium heat.

Add the Croatian pilaf and cook according to package instructions.

In a large serving dish, combine the cooked orzo, pilaf, and smoked salmon.

Squeeze the orange juice over the top and season with salt and black pepper.
