Steamed Italian Collard Greens
A simple and healthy side dish that combines the flavors of Italy with the nutritional benefits of collard greens.
Ingredients

- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 tablespoons lemon juice
- β1 tablespoon olive oil

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

Add 1 tablespoon of salt to the water.

Rinse the collard greens in cold water, then chop them into 1-inch pieces.

Pack the collard greens into a steamer basket.

Steam the collard greens for 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender.

While the collard greens are steaming, mix together the garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil in a small bowl.
