Tunisian Beef Tagine

- β2 tablespoons tagine spice blendavailable at most Middle Eastern markets
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 cups chicken broth

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
