Steamed Tuna avec Herbes de Provence
A French-inspired dish featuring steamed tuna, served with a hint of herbs and a touch of lemon.
Ingredients
- β4 x 6 oz fillets Atlantic Tuna Fillets
- β2 tsp Herbes de Provence
- β2 lemons Fresh Lemon
- β1/4 cup chopped Fresh Parsley
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

Rinse the tuna fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Season the tuna fillets with salt and pepper.

Place the tuna fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle the Herbes de Provence over the tuna fillets and dot the tops with butter.

Place the baking sheet in the oven and steam the tuna for 8-12 minutes, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Remove the tuna from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Serve the steamed tuna with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice on the side.
