Egyptian Chicken Stew

Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds Chicken Breast or Thighs
- β2 cups Sticky Rice
- β2 tablespoons Egyptian Spices (Baharat)
- β1 large Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- β2 cups Chicken Broth
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent.

Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides.

Add the Egyptian spices, tomato paste, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
