Tandoori Chicken and Stilton Crisp Wrap
A flavorful and crispy wrap filled with tandoori chicken, stilton cheese, and crunchy crisp vegetables.
Ingredients
- β2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Tandoori Chicken
- β1/2 cup crumbled Stilton Cheese
- β1 cup shredded lettuce, 1 cup sliced cucumber, 1 cup sliced carrots Crisp Vegetables
- β2 tbsp Tandoori Paste
- β4 large naan breads Naan Bread
- β1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- β1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- βto taste Salt and Pepper
- β1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- β1 tbsp Olive Oil

1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. In a bowl, mix together tandoori paste, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

3. Grill or bake the chicken for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.

4. Meanwhile, toast the naan breads in the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until lightly browned.

5. Assemble the wraps by spreading mayonnaise on each naan bread, then topping with shredded lettuce, sliced cucumber, sliced carrots, crumbled stilton cheese, and grilled chicken.
