Egyptian Chicken Stir Fry
A flavorful and spicy stir fry dish from Egypt, made with succulent chicken and vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 lb chicken breastcut into bite-sized pieces
- β1 tsp Egyptian spicesa blend of cumin, coriander, and cinnamon
- β2 tbsp butterfor greasing the pan
- β1 medium onionsliced
- β1 medium bell peppersliced
- β1 medium tomatodiced
- β2 tbsp stir-fry sauceavailable at most grocery stores

1. Heat the butter in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

2. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

4. Add the onion, bell pepper, and tomato to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

5. Add the Egyptian spices to the skillet and stir to combine.
