Saucy Stir Fry with Crispy Tomatoes

Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons stir-fry oilsuch as vegetable or peanut oil
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon gingergrated
- β2 tablespoons soy sauceor to taste
- β1 cup sauce (homemade or store-bought)such as stir-fry sauce or hoisin sauce
