Broiled Salmon Pilaf

- ●2 cups Brothchicken or fish broth
- ●1 package Pilaf mixcontains rice and seasonings
- ●1 medium Onionchopped
- ●2 cloves Garlicminced
- ●2 tbsp Soy sauceoptional
- ●1 tbsp Lemon juiceoptional
- ●1/4 cup Green onionschopped, for garnish

Preheat broiler.

Cook pilaf according to package instructions.

Heat broth in a separate pan over medium heat.
