Dill Pickle Empanada Filling
A tangy and savory filling for empanadas, made with pickles and dill.

- ●1 tablespoon, chopped Fresh Dill
- ●4-6 empanada wrappers Sweet Empanada Dough (homemade or store-bought)
- ●1 tablespoon Sour Cream (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mix chopped pickles and chopped fresh dill in a bowl.

Place a tablespoon of the pickle mixture onto one half of the empanada wrapper.

Fold the other half over the filling and press the edges to seal.
