Tangy Tofu Stir Fry
A quick and easy stir fry made with crispy tofu and a tangy sweet sauce, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 block (14 oz) tofu
- β2 tablespoons honey sweet
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce tangy
- β2 cloves garlic, minced and
- β1 tablespoon vegetable oil bhuna
- β1 cup mixed bell peppers, sliced stir
- β1 cup snow peas, trimmed fry

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.

3. Add the mixed bell peppers and snow peas, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender.

4. Crumble the tofu into small pieces and add to the skillet.

5. Stir in the honey and soy sauce, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the tofu is coated.

6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7. Serve the tangy tofu stir-fry hot over rice or noodles.
