Australian Russet Potato Stir Fry
A hearty and flavorful stir fry dish made with australian russet potatoes, sweet and chewy ingredients. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

- β2 Sweet Bell Pepperssliced
- β1/4 cup Chewy Bacon Bitsoptional
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oilfor frying
- β2 tablespoons Soy Saucefor seasoning
- β2 cloves Garlicminced

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
