Maharashtrian Chocolate Bars
A unique dessert inspired by the flavors of Maharashtra, featuring sweet and chewy chocolate bars.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups Sweetened condensed milk
- β1 cup Maharashtrian sweet (or granulated sugar)
- β1 cup Chewy chocolate bars
- β1/4 cup Coconut oil
- β1 tsp Vanilla extract
- β1/4 tsp Cardamom powder

In a large saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, Maharashtrian sweet, and coconut oil. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the chewy chocolate bars until they are fully melted.

Add the vanilla extract and cardamom powder. Stir well to combine.

Pour the mixture into a lined or greased baking dish.

Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours or until set.
