Vietnamese-Style Seafood Baked Buns
A delicious and easy-to-make dessert that combines the sweetness of baked buns with the chewiness of sweet and chewy ingredients.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup chewy sweet saucehomemade or store-bought
- β2 chewy sugar cookiescrushed into small pieces
- β1 cup vietnamese coconut milkfull-fat canned coconut milk
- β1 seafood-shaped cookie cutters
- β1 tsp baking powder
- β1/4 tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the sweet buns into seafood shapes using the cookie cutters.

In a small bowl, mix together the chewy sweet sauce and coconut milk.

Dip the sweet bun shapes into the sweet sauce mixture, coating both sides evenly.

Place the coated sweet buns on the prepared baking sheet.

Sprinkle the crushed sugar cookies over the top of the sweet buns.
