Norwegian Almond Pilaf

- β1/2 cup Sweet creamheavy cream or substitute
- β2 tablespoons Butterunsalted
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon Saltto taste
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepperto taste

Instructions

Heat butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
