Rose Petal Indian Stir Fry
A delicate and aromatic Indian-inspired stir fry dish infused with rose petal flavor. Serve as a side dish or add to your favorite meal.
Ingredients

- β2 inches gingergrated
- β2 tbsp rose petal jamsee notes
- β1 tsp garam masalaground
- β1/2 tsp cumin seedswhole
- β2 tbsp coconut oilfor frying

Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 1-2 seconds.

Add sliced onions and cook until they start browning.

Add grated ginger and cook for another minute, stirring constantly.

Add diced sweet potatoes and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add garam masala and stir to combine.

Add rose petal jam and stir to combine.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender.
