Peruvian Black Bean Pilaf

- β1 cup, uncooked pilaf
- β1 tsp, piloncillo or brown sugar sweet
- β2 cups, chopped fresh cilantro fluffy
- β1 tsp, ground aji amarillo pepper peruvian
- βto taste salt

Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the aji amarillo pepper and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
