Vietnamese Omelette
A classic Vietnamese omelette made with eggs, fluffy and sweet ingredients.

- β2 Eggs
- β1 tsp Vietnamese sweet ingredients (e.g. sugar, honey)adjust to taste
- β1 tbsp Fluffy rice flouroptional
- β Vietnamese fresh herbs (e.g. mint, basil)chopped, garnish

Instructions

Beat eggs in a bowl and add sweet ingredients. Mix well.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add a small amount of oil.

Pour in the egg mixture and cook until the edges start to set.

Add fluffy rice flour on top of the eggs and fold the omelette in half.

Cook for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Slide the omelette out of the pan onto a plate.

Garnish with chopped fresh herbs.
