French Buckwheat Galette
A classic French crepe-style galette made with buckwheat flour, perfect for breakfast or dinner. Serve with sweet or savory fillings.

- β1 cup almond milk
- β1 large egg
- β1/4 teaspoon salt
- β2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- β2 tablespoons honey
- β1 cup fresh strawberries, slicedoptional

In a large bowl, whisk together buckwheat flour, almond milk, egg, and salt. The batter should be smooth and free of lumps.
