- β2 teaspoons tagine spice blend
- β1 cup honey
- β2 tablespoons coconut oil
- β2 medium sweet potatoes
- β1 cup water

Instructions

Heat the coconut oil in the bottom of the tagine.

Add the chopped sweet potatoes and cook until they start to brown.

Add the rhubarb, tagine spice blend, and honey to the tagine.
