Baked Sweet and Fish Medley
A flavorful and healthy baked dish made with sweet potatoes and mixed fish, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- β1 pound mixed fish (salmon, cod, tilapia) Skin removed and cut into 1 inch pieces

- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon pepper
- β1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- β2 tablespoons lemon juice
