Smoked Brazilian Sweet Potato Stew

- β1 pound Smoked Brazilian chorizo
- β2 large Sweet potatoes
- β1 medium Potato
- β2 cups StewUse a store-bought stew or make your own
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 tablespoons Tomato paste
- β1 teaspoon Chili flakes
- β1 teaspoon Cumin
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the smoked chorizo and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
