Turkish Sweet Pepper Lahmacun
A vegetarian twist on the traditional Turkish dish, featuring sweet and smoky flavors.
Ingredients
- β1 package (homemade or store-bought) Lahmacun dough
- β2 Roasted sweet peppersany color, sliced
- β1 tsp Smoked paprika
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleychopped
- β1/2 cup Crumbled feta cheese
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1 clove Garlicminced
- βto taste Salt

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Roll out the lahmajoun dough to a thickness of 1/8 inch (3 mm).

Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Spread the roasted sweet peppers over the dough, leaving a 1-inch (2.5 cm) border around the edges.

Sprinkle the smoked paprika, parsley, and feta cheese over the sweet peppers.

Drizzle the olive oil over the top and sprinkle with garlic.

Season with salt to taste.
