Middle Eastern Tuna Salad
A refreshing salad with tuna, sweet and sticky, and the flavors of the Middle East.

Ingredients
- β1 can (120g) Canned tuna
- β2 tbsp Pomegranate molasses
- β1 tsp Sumac
- β1/4 cup, chopped Fresh parsley
- β1 cup, crumbled Fattoush bread
- β2 tbsp Lemon juice
- β1 tbsp Olive oil
- βto taste Salt

Instructions

Drain the tuna and flake it into a bowl.

Add the pomegranate molasses, sumac, parsley, and lemon juice to the bowl and mix well.

Add the crumbled fattoush bread to the bowl and toss to combine.

Drizzle the olive oil over the salad and season with salt to taste.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve the salad chilled, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
